Burston and Joseph have truckloads through TGP - their holdings were listed in that 130 page independant report ann a few weeks back.
My theory is they declined due to the state of the market and low raising price and perhaps to appease one or two annoyed TGP shareholders who believe this to be a "world class" asset.
