If he said he did have sex with her but said it was consensual then that is a totally different burdeon of proof. He would have to prove that it was just two drunk people going at. However, He claims he didn't even have sex with her. To prove he actually had sex with her going off the reported evidence is impossible without video, dna or witnesses. This is a pure he said/she said case with the only winners are click bait news outlets and the lawyers. And maybe Bruce if found not guilty.
