    Yes IMO ...we get shares in the spin-off & that spin off will be the one doing all the mining work (Gold, Ni, Fe & anything which comes up later on)....so I think we need to just wait & get the shares first....the market has not liked the announcement today....it would be interesting to get everyones view on the announcement...
