I do not wish to deter others in answering your questions Analysta but I would hope you are not putting too much weight on the Shorters for holding the stock price back.

I would just like to point out when a Major shareholder decides to reduce their holdings considerably in a stock with low liquidity, it can have a big impact on holding back the share price. As you would be fully aware Fidelity has been selling a lot this year and perhaps Fidelity has been selling in the small parcels that you identified,  I do not know either way. My personal view is Fidelity would still have some shares to sell and could very well be a current selling force.
