The old Quant algorithms and broker input data from Morningstar admins reckons current fair value is 39 cents, and Macquarie's target is 40 cents, so I think fair value is probably somewhere between 40c - 45c at the moment. The next 2 years are going to see SXY making a fair amount of free cash, which is what they planned. They executed things really well and I wouldn't be surprised by 2022 to see them at new highs, possibly in the 80c range or even higher. It should be a good two years for this company and their finances, the rates at which their wells outperformed was also impressive. Well done to the management team here.
