People say that things are complicated when they either don't know what they are talking about, or they don't want to discuss it

Every business in the world has a procedure for expenses, it is not difficult you have to justify any money/expense that you want to have reimbursed and if you can't you wear the cost yourself

What else have that mountain of public servants got to do.

Of course it is once again another department of bureaucrats which don't actually do anything
