I have been thinking about where the SP may go if they strike the 40MMbls, with prodn of say 10000bpd. Bringing production online should be relatively cheap with nearby pipelines and being landbased. Say $50M to bring online, then ongoing production costs of US$15 a barrell? At current prices may be looking at US$1M a day in revenues. Say revenues of US$300M a year.
Could easily go from a $20M company to $1B if they hit the rights spot. Hmmmm may be a 50 bagger. 50 x 12.5c = $6.25
Hmmm, risk v reward.
Possible 50x your investment and Barry Smith gives it a 25% of sucess. Sounds like good odds to me.
Even if they don't strike anything here, they have further drilling planned for later this year and still have close to $20M in the bank, which comparable to the market cap.
