CHEERS TECHNO! I wonder how many people understand the significance of Russia restricting supply of MOX (weapons grade plutonium) to the global nuclear sector? The utilities so far have managed the potential inflationary impact of the Uranium Participation Investment Fund on the uranium market. They will panic if the Russians play that restrictive hand. I believe they have already illustrated their preparedness to 'nationalise' energy reserves with the Yukos affair. Others will disagree. The Russian development is far more significant than any political movements here in Australia. Once this is digested by the market, only then will will see the bull roar!
