Agree that consolidations rarely work for shareholders. However it gets to the point that if there are too many shares on issue (~>1bn for a junior) it becomes difficult to issue more shares to raise capital. This may be fine for BTR if they can generate cash from Menzies. If not, IMO a consolidation is inevitable if they need capital. I was a KWR holder and continue to watch. GLTAH
