first point of call I think is the 21st of this month then a possible extension of the SOE to Dec 15 when it must end with no option to be extended.
Victoria relies on some crossbenchers to get the SOE through so I guess your best hope is to let them no you are not satisfied.
It is my opinion they have strategically used the deadline date to coincide with the State of Emergency Power end dates.
