You all should note (and Warwick Grigor would know) that PRU in addition to having 20% of BYR - also holds cheap options way in the money - to take their stake to 40%. Check anns back in the Autumn. So I view BYR as practically a controlled subsidiary of PRU. I think they will eventually mop them up but in the meantime maybe it suits PRU to have a "little mate" as a proxy explorer in Guinea.
