Pete11, this is going to 10 cents if the deal is off. The rally from back in those days started when the rumours started circulating about a Chinese takeover bid. Without JV partners or finance investors and insto's will rush for the exit and this will tank.
The truth is, this is valued at $1 billion dollars with no current Revenue forecasts. Resource in the ground means nothing without finance.
