Am I missing something here...SDL was trading at 30c prior to...

    Am I missing something here...SDL was trading at 30c prior to Hanlong offer of 50c. Management thought that offer under-valued the company so they got a revised offer of 57c. Then a few days ago they had a 49% increase in their resources and the stock is still trading below the cap raising price of 34.5c.

    Maybe Im missing something but I went and picked up some more at 34c!
