    Taking Cols scenario for a sting like buyout if the buyout price is higher than the highest price the company has reached there is no avenue for complaint action. So I think it reached $1.86 many years ago so anything over $2 who can complain nobody gets less than they paid. Pleases no whinging about time invested that is the gamble you bought into.
