I also road along on the VLA bandwagon. There are remarkable similarities with what is now happening with SPL. For those who don't remember Cavatak was the blockbuster drug and Merck was the shark in the deep water. I would hope that any offer would be significantly better than the $1.75 that VLA went for. Would much rather see SPL trade to its potential without this unknown predator controlling the process.
