People even did not read the history when "the 51% rights" happen few years ago.
I think it is not greedy, it is just reasonable "protection fee" in zim. They also provide money for their officer as compulsory cost as well. It is not said that Western countries are not good, but in that place, Chinese may be the best and only choice. If these Chinese gone, I am sure that no one will join this uncertain party any more. Many people can say how good is this project, but it is useless and gov will get all...
