The plant is complete and has been handed over to Axon (the suppliers) for testing already...according to the conversation I had with Peter. It's ready to go from my understanding on 3rd or 4th January or thereabouts...but the construction is actually complete as of a few days ago...I reckon the ann may come out either after closing today or Monday morning.
