    Wipz, dont mean to be rude, but you seem to be overall concerned with an access point, which Im not sure are you refering to ie is it on the ground ie contected to sewer,telephone or to a semi-semersible to pump water out etc or is it access inside the house in the cieling or in a wall because if the wall could be again sewr, telephone gas etc.

    You should be more concerned about structural - more those things you cant see but a professional knows what to look for such as paint jobs on the outside supposedly to spruce up when in fact it is covering up repaired cracks, muskiness in the bathroom, yet everything looks new, dampness problem. If corrugated roofing, is it old and leaking needing replacing.

    The recommendation of spending money on an inspection is proably the best thing you could do.

    As anything found could be used to get a price reduction as compensation to to repair
