IMO a rerate relies heavily on industry validation. I was thinking that it would most likely come from a leading semiconductor company. However, reading PSR between the lines, it’s possible a Big Pharma-style evaluation is coming which maybe why they went with them (see PSR web page dedicated to Life Sciences coverage). If so, Archer may be significantly more developed than they have demonstrated thus far.
Additionally, according to PSR, important SP catalysts for the 12CQ and Biochip are expected to be in the "short" to "medium" term.
