Buyout reasons for

So dep/irn shows more outstanding results as detailed in AB's large post, dep/dox well into phase 3 still no side effects and dep/ cab started phase 1/2 . I am pretty sure the large Pharmas are not going to put up with having to pay hundreds of millions for each licence then milestones and royalties for decades for each drug they want, these big boys just don't do that. However they are not going to sit back and watch Starpharma licence to generic makers or even the Chinese, sooner or later one of them has to make a move imo. Starpharma are close to being able to sell dep/dox is this the starting gun for an offer? I am hoping so.
