I think a generous offer of 300mil to 500mil would be welcomed albeit unlikely.

I think Starpharma prefers the illusion of profits over actually locking in realistic profits for Vivagel.
The illusion is how Starpharma has been able to survive and raise capital until now and is still required for possibly the next 5 years until serious partner funding becomes available.

I cannot see in any reality how Vivagel revenue will keep our cash balance afloat during the extremely high cash burn of our DEP programs.

Expecting a large upfront payment for Vivagel seems extremely unlikely to me. I'd expect possibly 2million at best and have to wait until possibly June to find out.
