Yep contract IMO should be pulled as it should have had min sales and min spend commitment as terms. That forces distributor to get off bum or lose contract and you can go to nect distributer. You have to get the distributer working hard for you and themselves. I am surprised that if it is a profitable product to supply , it works than why a distributer would sit on hands and not promote the crap out of it so it would make $???? I just don't get it and I don't get why any contract would ever be signed that doesn't lead to that. Even worse if that style of term is in contract what are management doing to enforce the contract terms and get product to consumer so they get a return on their investment. Yes it is a tough market but that is why you get a good distributer that knows their local market.
