Gee stealth, im going to keep this article and read it before bed each night. I'll rest easy on these factual quotes. The other quote i like:

I am ignoring the day traders here because a pip or two either way doesn't matter, it's the short term (next 6 months) that im focused on. Another relatively low volume day is comforting and a chance to top up.

Minimal value raise looks after us all and just enough to get the job done. No gouging. Im happy with management so far. They, like us recognize this is potentially a once in a lifetime opportunity.
