I'd say we are in very grey territory with this given the stock in in TH. They have already notified the market that an announcement is pending and I guess in response the ASX has given them until 10:00am Friday to either make it or request another course of action.

They really pushed the boundaries with the 15th Feb ann, which was made outside ASX hours from memory.

I still think we will see something in the next couple of hours. I still believe we are in good hands and I don't for one moment think Centro are playing any games here. This is far too serious a matter for them and this whole process will be under intense regulatory scrutiny.

There is also the outstanding threat of litigation so they are going to want to make sure everything is done by the book.
