The sale of a % of Vista to fund capex + the use of contract mining = less share dilution.
Its clear from this strategy that they want to keep the share register tight. This is a plus however selling a portion of vista MAY stifle corporate activity...unless the offtake partner / buyer intends to put a foot on Coalspur for a future takeout, meanwhile discouraging others from sniffing around.
