MULTIEMEDIA SUCCESSFULLY CLOSES RIGHTS ISSUE

Multiemedia Ltd (ASX:MUL) is pleased to advise it has received applications pursuant to its Rights Issue in excess of the minimum subscription of $13 million
and in consequence the Company has closed the Offer and will process applications and issue holding statements in accordance with the timetable
released by the Company on 28 October 2005.

The Company will now proceed to complete the acquisition of New Skies Networks Pty Limited, the purpose for which the capital was raised.
