Don't forget Moody's and S&P the ratings agencies. These guys are responsible for giving AAA investment grade ratings to packaged up NINJA loans! These are some of the biggest white collar criminals around.
Moody's and S&P seem to recognise that a NINJA loan is a piece of sh*t. They don't seem to understand that when you put a large number of NINJA loans together, all you get is a very large pile of sh*t - you do NOT get AAA rated investment vehicles!!
