1/ Does anyone know how cfe can exit the agreement if they need to?
2/ Should Ding/delong pay penalties/interest to cfe for these delays?
3/ Is cfe still keeping irons in the fire with other companies regarding this project.
It looks like ding is doing what he likes and cfe looks soft, if there is legitimate reasons for the deal delay cfe should be specific in notifying the market of this.
