    It could have a niche as a backup EV power supply ...it's compact enough to carry as a spare power source if the vehicle has a spare socket and cabling and assuming voltage compatibility. Cost will be an issue - 2400km is about 300 litres of fuel equivalent or around $450 so price will need to be well below this to justify changeover costs when the market assumes that EV's are fuelled by "free" renewable power.
    The apparent efficiency is also a bit of a belief stretch ...would a kilo or so of spongy aluminium under oxidation deliver the energy output of 300 litres of super?
