The case's that don't go reported will mostly be the one's that recover from the virus. So if anything, you could conclude that the percentage of total cases vs percentage of deaths is a lot higher (in other words, death rate is lower that reported). Ask yourself this, how many people go to the doctor if they have the flu (unless they are feeling really really bad)? Of course with all this publicity there may be more people going in just in case.
