"Anyway, young generation is really struggling to get a house."

The young generation is going to inherit the current sock that is in the hands of the older generations. The problem is that they cannot have a house on their own merit and due to the concentration of wealth a large portion of its members will inherit nothing.

You can fiddle at the margins with this and with that but the solution lies in the replacement of the current model, which allows housing to be viewed as an asset.

Again I would like to direct the attention of those interest in solving the housing crisis to an
example of a different model, the Singaporean model, where housing is viewed as a social asset..
