Please forgive my ignorance but I am a bit baffled regarding the $4 a share business. Is this to simply provide first right of refusal to said partnering company? Shimmer eluded that it is for some sore of exclusivity but would appreciate anyone helping me to understand exactly why things are structured in this fashion. Many thanks
