What's your AUD/USD expectation? It sounds like you're expecting the AUD appreciate, which i can't fathom, given our strong dependence upon China economically, loss of the carry trade given lower rates than other currencies (USD), the fact that there is a net offshore financing requirement in oz which means the AUD is structurally short, coupled with the indications of further rate cuts and potential QE...
My view is that the AUD is heading into the 40's against the USD, which is only going to support the AUD Po, increase NST's margins, which only strengthen further when paired with a low oil px environment.
