Westcott - interesting point. We shareholders may be wrongly assuming that the whole railway needs to be finished before it can be used. There are a few closer tenements and I think Core Mining are closer in to the coast as well. From their website:
Avima will need a dedicated railway and port to handle the production capacity of 20 mtpa+ that we anticipate. These facilities could be shared by a number of projects in the area. Various potential railway routes are either through Gabon or Cameroon.
