Still not convinced there will be a SPP nor that there is a need for one.

I'm not convinced of a SPP either, I just took the last go round as a rough guide and thought that management might feel obliged to offer loyal shareholders similar terms to a possible sophisticated investor.

I guess you can look at the last SPP as both a success and a disappointment. Disappointing because you could have bought on market for less but a success in the sense that it was well subscribed and those that did subscribe (myself included) were able to make a profit, or if you are still holding, sitting on a profit.
