Would it be possible to obtain external short term funding to pay for the dry processing capex by using the option conversion funds as collateral?
I believe FYI did something similar to fund their pilot plant. They were due a rebate for their R&D expenditure from the Government. Instead of waiting to receive the funds from the Government they engaged an external funding company to obtain an advance on this amount to put towards their pilot plant.
