Historically Starpharma have always raised capital to keep the cash balance above $30m.
On that form, a capital raising this quarter would be appropriate and required, but seriously how could they?
Institutional investors have been dumping during the last 6 months. I doubt Cheryl would want to pitch her first capital raising as CEO at 10 cents.
A serious dilutive 150 million shares issued at 10 cents to raise $15m ???
Perhaps they’ll wait, but for how long can they afford to if there is no DEP deal (s) forthcoming? General consensus is that a company should raise capital before the market wakes to the fact that you need to raise capital.
