I think the chances of a CR at the moment from a sensible management are about 1/Avagadro's number. That is a scientifically significant number.
Historically they had clinical trials to support, now they do not.
Historically they were doing research to produce stuff they have been unable to sell, now whatever little they do, they keep it to themselves.
This "rich" portfolio of IP needs to go on the "for sale" block and not at silly prices.
Sell it cheap with some trailing license fees. Just like sales people sold financial products in the past and made squillions from the trails.
