There's lots of info and presentations on HC and the ptx website.

In quick terms, chm have a CAR-T therapy.

ptx have the rights to a technology that can potentially drastically improve all CAR-T therapies, making them more targeted, controllable, safer and effective.

At the moment CAR-T is a dangerous weapon. ptx's omni-car looks to change all that.

And it is developed by the same people who developed the original CAR-T.

They want this tech to be used by many, rather than just one large pharma. That's why ptx got the rights. They will license it out to many large pharmas. At least that's the plan.

Another (major) difference is that ptx has other products, ptx100 and ptx200. ptx100 has shown great potential in an area where no treatment is available. That means ptx100 has great commercial potential, with an easy approval pathway. Similar, but lesser, drugs have garnered billion dollar deals.

In my opinion ptx should be worth multiples of the current mkt cap on ptx100 alone.
