Agree that we can the carbon dioxide capture part needs some fine tuning but looks like it will work fine.
It's the part about conversion of CO2 that while possible requires more energy than created from burning the fossil fuel in the first place. Unless a source of extremely cheap green energy is provided (it doesn't exist yet) the whole conversion makes no sense.
