This wasn’t a personal attack on anyone here, might read that way but it isn’t. HC is absolutely a big portion of blame along with company mismanagement in my eyes. My overall point is yes the opportunity at RAC is huge but some commentary speaks as if there’s no risk and gives others unrealistic expectations. I know you know better, but others might not and be investing on the basis of shorter timelines getting themselves into financial strife. Just to reiterate I’m not having a personal go at you.

I appreciated John's post and even though have been following for a few years, went back and re-read each announcement that he laid out to connect the dots and follow along. Much appreciated, its easy to lose track of details contained in announcements from 3 years ago considering the chopping and changing to programs.
