Great summary as to the immediate next steps. Certainly insurance coverage is a critical driver of sozo demand in facilities, particularly as this drastically lowers the bar for 'consumption'. Its interesting that one of the analysts also points to oncology centres, which is a no brainer as Lymphoma comes often as a result of other cancer first, so preventative or ongoing screening when other cancers are present is literally life saving.
The company has in the past been in trouble for spreading themselves too thin, however there is a saying in business, what you did to get to this point may not be whats needed for the next stage. I think this is true for the company, as they have a couple of areas of potential 'spreading' opportunities which they may struggle with under the current business model -1. sales activation - they may need to partner with a commercially mature provider who has the S&D capabilities to get the reach quicker, this is important when you have a technology advantage;
2. SOZO follow on use cases - there may be merit to having SOZO more widely deployed to Health Care Centres where a shared device can be used across GPs and other specialists. For example, early signs of diabetes via metabolic measurements could be a real time and early intervention v.s. blood tests alone. Metabloic health is becoming the new measure for overall body health, for good reason as its how well your body is processing things.
Mgt will know well that despite hospitals being a near term target, they are already in 20 of the 32 large providers in the US, so the growth needs to be multi faceted.
