if the 4C is no/minimal progress since the last 4C ..... it is completely on the CEO /CFO/Sales mgt ..... they run the company day 2 day and although CEO/CFO may have got distracted it shouldn't have been more than 2-3% of their time if they are good quality ....... however if the 4C is good then credit to CEO/CFO and sales mgt ...... let's hope it's the later
