You've hit the nail on the head. I made my play at NZ15, unfortunately. I'm sure everyone has had their share of investments / trades that have resulted in a face palm not long after buying. If I could re-enter my position at these prices? I wouldn't hesitate. For the life of me - if you believe in the fundamentals and potential of this company, why on earth would you sit it out waiting for a few extra cents to be shaved off the SP? If one assumes the cautious buyer is confident the SP will find it's way back to $13, $15 etc. then said buyer would not enter into a position because
a) Genuine belief the SP will drop substantially lower - let's say around $9 - $10. I can understand and respect that.
Or,
b) They're waiting for the elusive 'perfect' entry point. It might be $11.80 or $11.50.
If it's the latter, given where the price is sitting right now ... it seems too much of a risk NOT to make a play. With the AGM and results on the horizon, you're running the risk of missing the boat, as you say. For a few extra cents. It just doesn't add up to my way of thinking.
