Look at what has happened to Star, Crown and Sky City, if ASIC and AUSTRAC transfer their attention over to the banks and financial services and that happens to the banks, it will be truly terrifying especially for CBA, NAB and Bendigo.
If ASIC and AUSTRAC are become like FINCEN and SEC, the Australian banks will struggle.
