I think you will only need to see a few posative sessions and it will confidently climb through .14 At the moment there is a conflict between the buy and sell volumes with the buys offering 2074660 @ .13 counterbalanced by 2491266 @ .15
The last few days of have been very ordinary trading days which have helped to dampen the momentum that was building but should this turn around as is hinted at by todays trading and it should climb again.
