As a long term majority shareholder i'll be definately voting for a CEO pay cut but not 50%.
I was already considering this for the AGM and will be asking for a 30% cut to high management as they're not delivering what they said they were according to timelines whether things change or not.

Its very unethical to sit there collecting large sums when your investors are not making a cent.

Most shareholders of companies would ask the same under similar circumstances.
