Possibly, but I don't think there's much in CEY's portfolio (boring price fixed domestic contracts) that would attract Glencore.
Also, if Glencore were serious for coking coal plays with the minimum of corporate fuss, they would have targeted EXL or MCC with their large insider ownership.
My bet's still on the hedge play.
