1) Yes, they can mass produce their products.
2) Yes, the flaws are as follows:
- They couldn't produce in a cost-efficient way, from my analysis based on the 4C and financials in the last 4 years. the cost to good produced ratio is at about 1.3-1.6:1
- 2nd, Even though they have the capacity to produce Cfoam in Mass, the end result is most of them are unusable due to quality issue. At one point we were at 25000 and then it has been scaled down. No explanation as to why this is the case
- This is link to first reason, we are still relying heavily on Touchstone Lab in the production of Cfoam, because we are still leasing assets from them to produce Cfoam
- Forth, We are only the production arm of Touchstone Lab. The reason I said this is because as far as I am aware the Cfoam we produced were sell directly to Touchstone Lab, they then do all the "appliances stuff". For example, making the Cfoam shape or condition to fit the purpose of client order. Say Building cladding. Therefore, if my memory serve me right. Touchstone Lab is the one that actually do the value adding part.
- Fifth, the credibility of the company management teams is also directly linked with the flaw of the product. Because in the IPO and Post IPO, they have been emphasizing on the production boost. However, we have been pouring millions of dollars into securing the patents of Cfoam and buying the machinery. But why we are still leasing the "unknown assets" from Touchstone to produce Cfoam
- Sixth, Per the financials and all announcements from the last we year. We have 5 main products, Cfoam 20,25, 30, 35 and Pfoam. At the moment, due to the lack of communication from management, we have no idea what is our best selling products, what is the one that is suitable for military use or building cladding, what is the one that we have stock on hand and what is the one that we can mass produce.
Based on the information above, it sure raised a lot of questions. If you are here for the pump and dump, just to dip in for quick profit then you are fine. If you are here for long term, the questions above will hopefully keep you away and save you some money. If you are here for long term and happy to take a risk by buying into the "promises", then you are welcome.
At the end of the day, I am only posting what I have summarised from the company announcement and financials which you can google very easily. There is no reason for me to down ramping or up ramping this share. It all comes down to you, whether you are happy to wait for fruition, happy to loss money, comfortable with a questionable management team and the risk.
