So they mention partaking in the CR, why bother? If they know they can't afford to. Would SHers feel confident in partaking if the top end sounded like they were? Would this instill confidence to partake @ 8¢ oops sorry I mean 3.7¢ oops I mean 3.5¢.
And then at band camp they possibly don't end up taking their allocation, and it's OK because they possibly can't afford to.
Funny how the mums and dads were ready to front cash up, for months and months.

Tell me, who's actually put a gamble up here in partaking in this CR? You guys/gals that actually partook, or they that get waivers, to what, possibly wait and see how the market reacts? Raising price? Present SP?
